Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Because many of our items are custom made, made-to-order, or personalized, we do not accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return if they are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned within 3 days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund.


Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
