Many of our products are 3D printed, custom made, or made-to-order. Because of the manufacturing process, small imperfections, layer lines, or minor variations may be present and are considered normal.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before items are produced or shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product availability issues.

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Backdraft 3D Printing shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for small children.
