Thank you for shopping with Backdraft 3D Printing. The following are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Most of our products are made-to-order or custom 3D printed items.

Processing time:
Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Custom or large orders may take longer depending on production time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Backdraft 3D Printing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

However, we will still do our best to help if issues arise.
